J. Aaron Jessop

President

As president of Goodwork Construction, J. Aaron Jessop has over 30 years of experience in the construction and land development industry. Aaron specializes in overall project management and has the experience needed to solve difficult problems that arise in complicated projects. Over a period of three decades, Aaron has completed numerous multi-million dollar jobs including mass grading and utilities in subdivisions, extensive highway utility crossings, and engineered rock retaining walls.

 

Jacob Steed

Vice President

Jacob Jessop has 13 years of experience in the construction operations and construction management industry. He has had extensive experience with city officials, safety issues, design build projects, and complicated soils issues. He has assisted in the completion of many different projects including subdivisions, resorts, highways, and churches.

 

R. Shem Jessop

Project Superintendent - Corporate Secretary - Safety Director

R. Shem Jessop has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He started out as a laborer laying pipe and worked his way up to foreman and eventually VP/Secretary. Richard has assisted in the completion of many different multi-million dollar commercial construction jobs from churches to highways to subdivisions. He currently holds contractor licenses in Utah, Nevada, and Arizona.

 

James L. Jessop

Project Superintendent - Corporate Treasurer

James Jessop has over 21 years of experience in the land development and construction industry. He has assisted in every part of the land development process from laying pipe to overseeing operations. He has overseen the completion of many different multi-million dollar construction projects. He is an experienced operation who excels in finish grading and the perfection of the details to complete projects.

Home Builders Association

The Southern Utah Home Builders Association (SUHBA) is a trade association representing 800+ building industry businesses throughout Washington, Kane and San Juan Counties of Southern Utah.

The mission of this association is to enhance the climate for housing and the building industry, and to promote policies that will keep housing a national, state and local priority.

 

Utah Safety Council

The Utah Safety Council is a private non-profit organization that provides a wide array of safety resources, including occupational safety training, traffic safety, and home safety.
